Terms and Conditions:

1. The Provider grants the Recipient the right to use, reproduce, and distribute the provided information for journalistic purposes only.

2. The Recipient agrees to accurately represent the information provided by the Provider and to seek clarification on any uncertainties or discrepancies.

3. Both parties acknowledge that the information shared is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge at the time of dissemination.

4. The Provider retains the right to request corrections or retractions if any information is found to be inaccurately presented.

5. This Agreement does not constitute an endorsement by either party of the other's products, services, or viewpoints.

6. Monarch Media will draft, edit, write, and publish all agreed upon drafts.

7. In the event that an article is rejected, or cannot be published on a specific media outlet, Monarch Media agrees to publish the same article in an agreed upon alternative media outlet. Or, a refund for that specific outlet as defined by the price above will be granted.

Services Agreement:

1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide media-related services ("Services") to the Client as described in the attached Schedule A, which may be updated from time to time upon mutual agreement.

Content Creation and Publication Services

As part of the media services provided under this Agreement, Monarch Media ("Service Provider") agrees to the following terms for content creation and publication:

1. Article Specifications: Each article produced by the Service Provider for the Client will be a full feature article, containing up to 2,000 words.

2. Unlimited Revisions: The Client is entitled to request an unlimited number of edits to the content created by the Service Provider. These revisions are to ensure the content fully meets the Client's expectations and requirements.

3. Content Creation & Approval: The Service Provider commits to a structured content creation and approval process. No articles will be published prior to receiving explicit approval from the Client. This ensures that all content is aligned with the Client’s branding, messaging, and other specific requirements.

4. Title Influence: The Client shall have the freedom to influence the titles of the articles to ensure they align with their marketing and SEO strategies.

5. Backlinks: Each article will include three to five backlinks to websites specified by the Client. These backlinks are integral to the Client’s SEO and online presence strategy.

6. Photographic Content: Each article will be accompanied by two to five photos. The Client is requested to submit a Google Drive link containing a selection of photos for the editorial team to choose from. It is to be noted that Monarch Media does not have control over the specific photos selected by each individual editorial team for publication.

7. All articles published within this package are permanent placements and will not be removed from the internet under any circumstances. 

Submission of Photographic Content:

1. The Client agrees to provide a curated selection of high-quality photos relevant to the content via a Google Drive link for the editorial team's selection.

2. The Service Provider will communicate the requirements and deadlines for photo submissions to ensure timely publication of articles.

3. While the editorial team will make selections based on the content's relevance and visual appeal, specific photo selections are at the discretion of individual editorial teams and may vary by publication.

General Provisions:

1. The Service Provider ensures that all content created and published will adhere to the highest standards of quality and relevance to the Client's objectives.

2. Any disputes or concerns regarding content creation, revision, or publication shall be addressed promptly through direct communication between the Client and the Service Provider's designated contact person.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to treat any non-public information shared during the course of this agreement as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without explicit written consent.

Termination:

Upon receipt of payment, neither party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. Once payment has been made, the terms of this Agreement become binding and irrevocable, and neither party possesses the authority to terminate the agreement.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California.

Refund Agreement 

1. In the unlikely event that Monarch Media is unable to publish full feature editorial articles in any of the aforementioned publications, client will be entitled to a full refund, issued promptly within 48 hours of their request. At the time of the refund request, client.  may choose between a full refund or a partial refund calculated on a per-publication basis, as specified in the agreement. Alternatively, client  may opt for a replacement publication of equivalent stature for each publication where the article was not published.
