If we are unable to publish your news story on any news site, you will be entitled to a full refund. Alternatively, we may offer to redo your order, though you retain the option to request a full refund. Please be aware that while we strive for successful placement, we do not guarantee publication on every site included in your package, as the decision to feature a press release ultimately rests with each publisher. Nevertheless, we remain confident that the publications listed in each package will feature your press release.
Editorial Guidelines
By agreeing to the editorial guidelines outlined below, you acknowledge that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the refusal to distribute your press release. In such instances, refunds will not be issued for non-compliance.
Common Reasons for Rejection:

Poor headline – Lacking a news angle or source attribution.

Advertisement or SPAM – Promotional language (e.g., “FREE”, “Make Money”, “SALE!!!!”).

Poor newsworthiness – Insufficient news value.

Poor writing quality – Includes narratives, listicles, blogs, op-eds, or subjective content.

Lack of credible contact information – Incomplete or unreliable details.

Keyword spamming – Excessive use of keywords or phrases.

Prohibited content – Including personal attacks, defamatory language, explicit material, false claims, unauthorized use of names, and unsubstantiated medical claims.
Additional Crypto Guidelines:

Listed on CoinMarketCap (CMC) – Crypto assets must be listed as Tracked Listings or ICOs.

NFT Projects & Collections – Must be verified on at least one of CMC’s data partners.

Prohibited – Mining rigs, scam recovery services, Bitcoin mixers/tumblers, unauthorized tokens/NFTs, and unregulated financial or medical products.
Buyer’s Remorse
A 24-hour buyer’s remorse period applies from the time of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within this window to be considered. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing all required information and materials for your order within 15 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in delays or inability to deliver the product or service. Refunds will not be issued, and disputes will not be honored if you fail to provide the required information on time.
Refunds During the Writing Process
If you cancel during the writing process, a 40% cancellation fee applies to cover preparatory costs.
Refunds During the Publishing Process
Refunds are not available once publishing has started. Please carefully review your article before submission or approval to ensure:

By approving your article, you accept full responsibility and waive the right to dispute or request a refund once publishing has begun.
Refunds After Completion
If the approved article text does not match the live publications, we may offer a free removal and re-publishing of the content. Differences in formatting, placement of images/videos, or advertisements are determined by the news site and are not grounds for refunds.
We aim to ensure your press release is published on the minimum number of sites in your package, but final decisions are made by each news site. No refunds will be issued post-publication, even if publication falls below the minimum due to editorial decisions.
Disputes and Refunds
All refund requests and disputes, including those filed with banks or payment processors, are subject to the terms of this Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
